The structure
We decide which sections the site has, in what order, and what the first thing a person sees is. That is the most important decision and it is made before any design.
Process
No three meetings, no month of waiting and no emails you do not understand. This is how it goes, start to finish.
In short
WhatsApp, a call or the form on the site. You say what you do and what you need, we say what we can do and what it costs.
Ten minutes. You do not have to go anywhere, prepare anything in advance or decide anything on the spot.
This is the only part that is on you, and it decides whether the site is ready tomorrow or in a week. We send a checklist, you fill it in and send it back in one go.
One day. When it is done we send you a link. You look at it calmly and tell us what to change, in plain words.
This is where the address comes in. If you have a domain we connect it. If you do not, we get it together. Then the certificate, the checks, and the site is live.
That is why we say two days and not one. The build is done on day one, but a site without an address is no use to anyone.
Step 2, in detail
We send this checklist right at the start. The sooner it comes back, the sooner the site is live.
You do not have to lay this out neatly, spell it perfectly or put it in a document. Send it however it comes: in a message, in photos, in a voice note while you drive. We will sort it out.
Gather it all and send it in one piece. When the details arrive drip by drip, the site gets built drip by drip.
Step 3, in detail
We decide which sections the site has, in what order, and what the first thing a person sees is. That is the most important decision and it is made before any design.
Written from what you sent us. You do not have to write a single sentence, but everything we write is based on your details, not on guesswork.
Colours, type, images, animation, everything in its place. The site gets a face.
How it looks on a phone, how fast it loads, whether the titles and descriptions are set up for Google, whether the buttons and the form work.
Then we send you the link. You tell us what to change in plain words. “This is too long.” “I want a different photo here.” “I do not like this bit, I cannot say why.” All of that is useful and we will work out what it means. We keep changing until you say it is right.
After
From then on we keep it online: server, certificate, backups. When something needs changing, send a message and it is done.
That is where working together actually begins. We care what happens after launch: whether people get in touch, which pages they come from and what stops them. If something is not working, we change it. Our job is done when your phone rings more often.
You never log in anywhere, never remember a password and never learn a single program. That is the whole point.
Honestly
Details arriving in pieces. That is exactly why the checklist exists.
Photos that do not exist. Solvable, but we have to agree on it before we start, not halfway through.
A domain that is not yours yet. If you do not have one it has to be bought before launch. Tell us early and we run it in parallel.
None of that is a problem if we know in advance. That is what the first conversation is for.
Ten minutes of talking and you know exactly what comes next and what it costs.
